Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate and send your return back to us. We will not be responsible for returning any items that are sent after this 14-day return window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any sale items will not be eligible for a refund, but we will process exchanges.

 

Shipping of return

As mentioned above, to return your product, you should mail your product to: CHRY PCKD PO Box 18496, B91 9BR, Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless item is faulty.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, please get in touch with us via email at info@chrypckd.com and return your item/s, which must be in accordance with our return criteria above. Once the return is accepted and processed, we will send the exchange item/s. We hold the right to reject any exchanges that do not satisfy our return criteria above. In these cases, we will return the original item/s. We strive to make this process as quick as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
