Shipping policy

For UK:

All orders are shipped with Evri;

Express - Evri (1-2 business days)

Standard - Evri (2-4 business days)

For all orders at £100 or above, Express shipping will be free and orders will be delivered between 1-2 days after purchase.

For EU: 

All orders are shipped with Evri;

Standard - Evri (2-11 business days)

For International:

Standard - Evri (3-17 business days)

 

We offer a 14 day return policy.

Tracking numbers are sent after purchase to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.

Whilst every effort is maintained to ensure delivery times are met, some delays may occur at no fault of our own. Shipping times are indicative only and not guaranteed. We do not accept liability for delays that are caused by courier services.

Please kindly note that goods in transit are unable to be refunded until they are marked as 'delivered' by the courier.
